express your feelings openly and honestly - A place where you can use your creative talents and finish a project without interruption.

Our theme for the 2011-2012 year
is - The Practical Side of Motherhood. This theme comes from the verse: "She watches over the affairs
of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness." Proverbs 31:27 Our speakers will share their insights on how we can watch over the affairs of our household. In addition to our annual Spa Day and Mentor Mom Discussion Panel, we will learn about simple sewing techniques, the practical side of romance, simple hospitality, the importance of a will/trust, as well as resources for a summer full of laughter. Free childcare is provided at all of our meetings. Our KidConnection childcare providers are CORI-checked and trained in child safety and development. We provide care for all ages, and a supervised study hall for home-schoolers. All moms are encouraged to visit for the first month. If you decide to stay the suggested registration fee for the year is $15 with a donation of $5/month towards activities. |
